Online Wellness Coaching Program: The Advanced Coaching Option
This program is designed to stimulate, empower, and motivate the you towards getting what you want in life. It gives the same benefits as individual coaching but with a little more space to work your own program. The online program is designed as an advanced option for those who are not new to coaching. This program is for those who are very self motivated and need less structured guidance to achieve their goals.
1. Initial wellness assessment in the 12 dimensions
2. A One hour session focused on the results of the wellness inventory and it's interpretation.
3. Bi-Weekly or Monthly phone coaching sessions for accountability, encouragement, and processing of accomplishments or road blocks(telephone, web, or face to face)
4. Weekly Individual homework and action steps
5. Online Wellness Journal to Track Progress and Accountability
5.Guided Meditation and Energetic balance as needed during the sessions
6. End of program assessment to see progress
7. Continued Access to the Online Wellness Journal and Resources for an entire year!
