The 12 Dimensions of Wellness are main areas of life that are all integrated and intertwined. They represent different facets of the whole person on the wellness continuum. When one of these dimensions is out of balance, all others are affected.
Coaching on these 12 areas gives the client deeper insight into themselves by exploring their own ambivalences and road blocks. The coaching pushes them to take small and achievable action steps that will eventually lead them to their ultimate wellness goal.
