At Mind Body Spirit Wellness we understand that our business is built on word of mouth referrals. That is why we want to say thank you to any individual who sends us a new patient.
Receive $25 CASH when a new patient that you referred comes to see us. Receive and EXTRA $25 CASH if that same patient purchase any of our package programs.
If you are a current patient, and a patient that you referred comes to see us, you too will receive the same CASH incentive, however you also have the option of being credited a free office visit, or if you have a current package adding an extra visit to that existing package.
***Terms of Incentive program: New Client must complete the visit and name you as the referral source on their paperwork for you to receive the incentive. If a package is purchased, the new client must complete payment of the package before the cash incentive is sent out to the referring source. There is no limit to the number of referral incentives you can receive by sending us patients. Again we thank you for helping us spread wellness to others!
