What is it?
The One Pay Wellness Program is a Comprehensive yearly membership package which puts you on the path to total well being by allowing access to all of Dr. Clairborne's wellness services for one low fee. You get up to 28 visits distributed throughout the year that can be used for any of the Wellness services listed below or converted to regular doctor visits as well.

What Services are included?
All of the services that Dr. Clairborne normally provides are included in this package PLUS some labwork (blood work is still drawn outside of the office).

What does this program NOT cover?
* Specialist visits
* Hospital or ER visits
* Medications
* Supplements
* Radiology procedures (CT scans, xrays, mammograms, etc)

What is the cost?
Your cost for this comprehensive program is only $1500 for the entire year!

What do I get for this price?
In addition to the services listed above, you have 24 hour access to your wellness physician through phone, email, and office visits. Since Dr. Clairborne is only accepting a limited amount of patients into this program, you can be assured quality service and the highest standard of wellness care as well as very low if any wait times. In most cases, same day access within her office hours is available...

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Most patients usually break their payments up into 3 installments. However, we do offer 3rd party financing options that will help you to finance the program over 12 months.

Does my insurance cover this program?
Depending on the type of insurance you have, you may be able to get reimbursed for some of the visits within the program. The types of insurances that usually will at least partially cover our services are PPO, POS, and indemnity type insurances. To be sure, check with your insurance to see if an out of network doctor and if they will cover services such as acupuncture and behavioral intervention. Also consider that many of the services provided in this package are outside of the normal insurance coverage for prevention and wellness, so if you already are paying for insurance, you can consider this your adjunct "Wellness coverage".

What if I already have a primary care doctor?
The OnePay program will benefit you, even if you already have a primary care doctor. Many of the traditional primary care physicians do not provide these types of services, therefore, we can work together with your primary care physician to get you to your health goals. In essence, you may keep your primary care provider and consider us your "Wellnes Specialist".

Can I still remain Dr. Clairborne's patient if I do not participate?
Of course you may! This package is designed for those who may want or need multiple services to improve or further their state of wellness. It does not make the practice exclusive. Those who do not participate in the membership will continue to pay fee for service prices. In many cases, however you may find it more economical to participate in the membership if you do not have insurance or if you require multiple visits.

Are the services in this program unlimited?
No. There is a limit to the number of office visits that one can attain in one year, however be assured that the number of visits for each service is well over the average number of visits for a typical patient with at least 2 medical conditions.
