Components of The One On One Program

This program is designed to stimulate, empower, and motivate the you towards getting what you want in life. Because it is one on one directly with the coach, it maximizes your potential for change in the least amount of time

1. Initial wellness assessment in the 12 dimensions
2. 12 One hour sessions focused on your individual need (telephone, web, or face to face).
3. Online Wellness Journal to Track Progress and Accountability 4. Guided Meditation and Energetic balance as needed during the sessions
5. Weekly Individual homework and action steps
6. End of program assessment to see progress
7. Continued Access to the Online Wellness Journal and Resources for an entire year!
