The Group Program

This program is designed to stimulate, empower, and motivate the group and individual to move toward what they truly want. It is geared towards those who want the benefits of coaching, but at a fraction of the price.

1. Online Initial wellness assessment in the 12 dimensions
2. One hour weekly telephone, web, or face to face coaching sessions with the group.
3. Each person in the group gets one individual session (telephone, face to face, or webconference)
4. Chat enabled during session (if telephone session)
5. Weekly group homework/action steps
6. Weekly Individual homework and action steps
7. Access to the ONline Wellness journal for accountability and tracking progress.
8. End of program assessment to see progress. 9. Continued access to online resources for furthering your success.
